The new version of Mozilla Firefox 18 is now available for Linux system. On this tutorial, I will show you how to Install Firefox 18 on Pear Linux 6. We can use the PPA repository to install this Mozilla Firefox on Pear Linux 6.
Please proceed to the following steps to install Firefox on Pear Linux 6.
1. Add the Mozilla PPA repository
Execute this command on Terminal
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/firefox-next
2. Update system and install Firefox
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install firefox
OK that's it. Now you are running Firefox 18 on Pear Linux 6.
