How to install XBMC 12.2 Frodo on Pear Linux 7

On our previous tutorial, I wrote how to install XBMC on Pear Linux 6. And now I want to update that tutorial because the new version of Pear Linux 7 is here and also XBMC 12.2 Frodo is now available. XBMC has been become a popular media server for various devices. Its available for Linux, Windows and even Android devices. XBMC has many features that can bring rich multimedia content to your home. OK, If you are Pear Linux 7 users, here's how to install XBMC 12.2 Frodo on your Linux. 
1. Add XBMC PPA to Pear Linux. 
Open Terminal and type the following command
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa
Or, you can use Pear Linux PPA Manager to do this. Open Pear Utilities and click Pear PPA Manager | Add PPA. Then type ppa:team-xbmc/ppa on the text box.
2. Update system
sudo apt-get update
3. Install XBMC and additional packages
sudo apt-get install python-software-properties pkg-config
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo apt-get install xbmc
At this point, XBMC should be installed correctly. Now you can use it to play your favorite movies on music. Enjoy
