How to backup Pear Linux using Clonezilla Part 2

This is the second part of how to backup Pear Linux using Clonezilla. Please read the first part before continuing to this second part. On the previous steps, we already choose the backup type. In this example, I am using device to image.

6. Now select the backup destination. We can use local device, ssh server, samba server or some other backup destination. I use local dev as shown below.

7. Now select the disk to save the backup. You will be asked to specify the folder where to save this backup on the next step.

8. Now, after the directory is defined, select Beginner mode. You can also select Expert if you want.

9. On the next part, select what to backup. In this example I want to backup my entire disk containing Pear Linux. You can also choose to backup a partition only if you like.

10. Now provide a descriptive name for the image file.

Press OK and your backup will be executed immediately. Make sure you don’t save the image file in the same disk as the backup source.
